If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we invite you to review our policy or contact us. The following terms are applicable for any product that you purchase with us.

Shipping

Shipping Terms

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available as a payment method for selected orders that may also be eligible for free delivery; please note that COD orders are subject to a service charge of 12 AED

  • If you request to postpone a scheduled delivery or if you or your representative is not available, then the delivery will be rescheduled to the next available date, which will be communicated to you in advance.

  • If rescheduled delivery more than once you will be liable to pay service charge from the courier.

  • If you do not accept delivery within 15 days or are not reachable, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and a refund will be issued on the 15th day.

Returns and Exchanges

General Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a CREDIT or EXCHANGE, COD returns will be credited only to the users account.

Returns or exchange will only be accepted within seven (7) days from purchase date.

Please ensure the item is returned with tag on and unused in original packaging.

Credit Policy

You are given 14 days (with tags on and intact) to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for STORE-CREDIT in exchange to the Goods

In order for the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Product wasn’t used or damaged

  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)

Product that are on sale or discounted is eligible for Credit depending on the Store Refund Policy

We offer 100% return to refund that are processed through Credit and are valid within 90 days from the date it was credited to the customer. Unfortunately, Credits can’t be used to pay for shipping fees.

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 14 days with tags on and intact. Exchanges exceeding 14 days will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Product wasn’t used or damaged

  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

You exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the rights to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

Interpretations and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
